#3406 Harry, Ron and Hermione can duel monsters in Magical Encounters to gain experience and win items or sickles. To start a magical encounter, just walk over to one of these:
#3407 In Magical Encounters, you have several options:
#3408 You can see a list of available spells by selecting the "Spell" icon and pressing the A Button. Once you've selected the spell you want to cast, use the Control Pad to move the arrow cursor in front of a monster or party member, and press the A Button.
